You can't host Kentico on MacOS, as it ASP.NET application and should be hosted by IIS. However is it is already hosted on some Windows server you could easily access it (either front end or Kentico Admin section) from your Mac.
There is an option to install Windows VM to your Mac and run Kentico there.
