Kentico 9 installation fails everytime with message "Waiting for installer service to become free"

Kentico 9 installation fails everytime with message "Waiting for installer service to become free" in setup.log file. How to resolve this?

The setup proceeds to 5%, and then fails. Already tried this more than 12 times, and same outcome everytime. I'm trying to do this on, windows 10, surface pro 2, 4GB RAM and i5 ... if that helps. Have tried all sorts of things, but nothing seems to work ? Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Thanks.

How many instances of the installer do you have running? Have you tried to restart your machine? Seems like it is running multiple times in the background that you can't see.

Yes, I've already tried restarting the machines several times. And there is only one installer running. But in the task manager, every time I begin the setup, there are two separate processes. But I think it is normal, isn't it ??? Here is the screenshot of my task manager: https://unsee.cc/batumose/

And here is a screenshot of installer, and the setup.log file at C:\Program Files (x86)\Kentico\9.0\setup.log. Screenshot
