Kentico 13 Creating a custom toolbar button for Pagebuilder Rich Text Editor

I'm trying to implement a custom plugin for the Froala editor within the page builder of a Kentico 13 website.

Following the example from the documentation does not appear to work. Any help/suggestions would be great Thanks

Have you cleared your browser cache? With these JS changes in the UI like this, it can cause a lot of problems so clearing your browser cache helps.

I did clear my cache as well as tried other browsers with no luck.
