Kentico 11: Email marketing

The Kentico 11 Email marketing module has been changed a lot. But at this time, we create a dynamic template on the Pages module and enter the url into the campaign.

Is it still possible to do this, while migrating to the new Marketing module?

Straight from the Kentico 11 Release Notes:

The possibility to create page-based (dynamic) newsletters was removed from the system. Existing page-based newsletters are unaffected when upgrading to Kentico 11
