Hi All,
We are forming a variety of use cases where in Kentico 10 it is not correctly converting anonymous contacts with a new contact and linking to a user.
Some of these we are going to bring up to Kentico but one use case of a large set of Contact imports which also have corresponding users we have identified that they are not linked.
Kentico is tracking people as anonymous rather then to the correct contact and for others not able to pull their name out from the user so while it ads anonymous data to the right contact with email same as the user its name is anonymous - DATE rather then that of the user.
Again, ignoring the other scenarios we have established, we want to be able to run some manual linking because thousands of contacts are not properly associated with the corresponding user.
Are we able to do this and how do people recommend we should?
