K13 Licence Expired before expiration date

I have a licence that's due to expire next month but kentico already has it set to expire:

The site won't run and I get the exception message "LicenseException: You don't have a valid license for current domain."

I tried creating a new licence for the domain but got the duplicate licence warning. However, the licence was still created but also gives me the exception message "LicenseException: You don't have a valid license for current domain."

For reference the licence keys are 779acc88-c07e-40c5-b7d5-5de6e98ed737 and 779acc88-c07e-40c5-b7d5-5de6e98ed737 which I just now realise are the same guid.

Do i need to contact sales? I tried archiving the old one but it made no difference

Please reach out to sales@kentico.com.
The date you see in the key EXPIRATION includes 30 days grace period. Your subscription was paid until May 17, you should also got a notification email about the license expiration. And we know that these emails can be filtered out or forgotten, there is the 30 days grace period where you can reach out to our sales and extend the subscription.
