K11 Marketing Automation stuck on 'Wait' step

Hi,

I have a marketing automation workflow set up that is triggered (as a new instance) on submission of a Form. The process then has a step to 'Wait' for 30 minutes before proceeding to send a marketing email to the contact that triggered the process. However currently the contact never progresses to the next step and is stuck as 'Pending' in the 'Wait' step.

I can manually progress the contact and everything works fine. And if I remove the 'Wait' step the email sends as expected but there seems to be no errors or indications as to why the 'Wait' step never progresses.

I have re-signed macros in an attempt to fix with no success. Any help would be great as this is the final step holding up a release.

Hi,

Could you show the configuration of the Wait Step? Anything changed on the Condition-field or Security-tab?
