Issue with Kentico DB changes

I have multiple instances of sites that share the same database. I've run into an issue where I reverted a page template to its previous version and on the current site instance it looks good, but on other instances, it is still using the old version. I tried restarting the application pools, sites, database server, MySainsburys but it still does not reflect on other instances. I've tried Kentico's System application to restart the application, clear cache, and release unused memory, but nothing works. My Kentico version is 12.0.29.

What am I missing, could you please advise on my case?

If there are multiple projects connecting to the same DB, you need to configure web farms to ensure correct sync (do not forget to use proper license keys with given number of servers allowed)...if not done already.
Are there any errors in the Event log? If the web farm is already configured, are all the servers marked as healthy in the Web farm app?
I would also consider applying the latest hotfix since there were several issues fixed regarding web farms.
