Is it possible to have order notification emails to show the customer display name, rather than the plain email address? This is for 12SP portal specifically. Right now they are seeing the email came from sales.xyz.com, and we would like to say "Sales XYZ company" Email templates -> E-commerce - Order notification to customer (Email template)
If you mean the sender name, this is not possible. It can be done in newsletters I think but not in email templates.
