Do i need to re-build indexes everytime after publishing my website? If yes - how can i do it automatically right after publishing? Can i avoid that, if the content are the same?
Currenly - Indexes are displayed as ready, but don't work until i rebuild them.
Assuming you are running v7 or v8, there is a scheduled task called Optimize search indexes. Make sure it is running. Out of the box, it is turned off. You can access Scheduled Tasks in Site Manager>Administration>Scheduled Tasks
