Implement code on last step page shopping cart

Where can I accesses the last step of the check out process in the shopping cart "Step 6 of 6 - Payment". In the CMS desk or template. I would like to implement a tracking code specifically on this page.

Hi Dcode, I think before anyone can help, you should specify your are on V7, correct? Which there is a checkout process since V8.
