Doesn't look like a Kentico specific issue at all. Depending on what type of CSS framework (bootstrap, foundation, etc.) you're using (if any) you might want to check their documentation out. Lastly, I'd suggest asking on StackOverflow and tag your question as "CSS" and your CSS framework you're using if you can't find any answers on your CSS framework's website.
