i have an issue with my form . my form didn't receive any email

hello everyone

i have create a form for example "form request " when the client submit the form i want to receive the request information but i couldn't. what the problem ?

also, how i can do export to excel to any forms?

I believe you can only use Gmail's SMTP Relay if you are using Google Apps. You might google "gmail smtp".

Regarding exporting the data, if you go to the Data tab and view all the submissions you can export it there by clicking the arrow on the top left of the grid.

Problem is most likely you don't have your SMTP server setup within Kentico. Go to the Settings app and under System, there is Email. There enter your SMTP information. You can also take a look in the Email Queue and see if they are sitting there waiting to be sent, in most cases they will be unless you turned off the Email Queue.

i use a Gmail email how could I enter SMTP information for it ?

You're on the list of forms, so all you're doing in that image is exporting that form. You need to go to the form (click the pencil) and in the Data tab, go to the list of data and directly to the left of "Actions" click that down arrow and there you will find your export options.
