Please check if there is a CMSPageManager control on your master page (.master). For more details please see: devnet.kentico.com/docs/devguide/using_the_master_pages.htm.
If the same error persists please check also the ScriptManager - <asp:ScriptManager ID="manScript" runat="server" /> - some of our controls need it.
