Are these links hard coded in Kentico? If so, bad practice, really.
Best solution is to use Kentico to force SSL by going to Pages > main master page > Properties > Security > Access > Requires SSL and select the "YES" option.
Another option is to modify your web.config to rewrite/force SSL.
