Can you please provide clarity on how to handle refund to customer on product return or order cancellation.
Is there any out of the box functionality or API to initiate refund process.
This is handled on your payment processor end. You have to either build the UI in Kentico or simply go to your payment processors website and handle returns from there. Nothing out of the box for Kentico.
Some more insight to build UI in kentico will be great help!
