Hi I use kentico breadcrumb web part and my site menu is text is getting from localization strings. if i chage the culture i need to change the breadcrumb text according to set values in localization section. please help me to solve this problem

It should be automatically done as it displays the document name. If your documents aren't fully translated then it won't work.
