how to add new culture on kentico?

Hi guys, i would like to know if there is a way to add new culture which is not available in kentico, i want to create new site with Spanish-US (es-US). Knowing that kentico doesn't offer this culture by default, how can i proceed?

In the Localization app add your new culture. After you save it, assign it to your site.
