If you would prefer not to run DB installer on Azure and create a default KCMS DB, but to move your existing database from your current server to Azure cloud hosting instead, you need to migrate your current non-Azure database to a supported format. i.e by using a special utility (SQL Azure Migration Wizard) and following the steps described in our Kentico CMS 7 Windows Azure Deployment Guide. Please focus on the “Migrating your database to SQL Azure2 section of the “Deploying an existing web site to Windows Azure” chapter.
