How do I modify the text color in CKeditor when Source Button is pressed

Robert Srigley asked on December 10, 2018 15:23

I would like to make the colour of the text in the Source buttons dialog box a different color. I have searched Google and the CKeditor site but I have not found the file (.js or .css) that I need to modify.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thank you.

You might check out the documentation on how to modify the styles.

Thanks for the quick response Brenden. I did look through that documentation, but it is not clear where you set the style for the text color in once you press the Source Button.

After reading the CKeditor help files I suspect it is somewhere in the Moono skin files. There are specific dialog box related ones, but I could not find the value to change it.

Pressing the source button does not set the style, it only displays the source of the WYSIWYG editor. You need to select the text, then select the style you want to apply to the selected text for the CKEditor to make any modifications to it. Editing the Source will only allow you to manually change the html.
