There is no tool or conversion from a page type to a media library object or visa versa. You'd have to create a tool or webpart to do this yourself. Or if you have a bulk set of images, you can simply create a media library and drop all the images in the file system, then in the Media library there is kind of a mass import function if you check the boxes of all the items in the list and select import.
