How can I tell which user updated page permisisons

Hi. Our client has reported that page permissions set on the Security tab for a page are being reverted periodically. The Versions tab does not record any details of anyone saving and publishing the page at these times.

Has anyone come across this issue before or know where I can check who has updated the page permissions?

Can you tell me more about the environment? Are you using Staging to move content from one environment to another? If so, you may not get that history and the permissions may be updated without a record of it happening.

Hi Brenden. This is seen on a production environment. Staging is not used to push content to this environment as far as I am aware, but I will check with the client.

If not, is there any way I can tell who may have updated the page permissions? Thanks.
