Header tags not showing when adding in template

Hello, 

I am trying to add some meta tags to a template "Header", but they don't show up in the code when I save.

How do add you them? There is web part called Head HTML Code, which inserts custom HTML code into the HEAD element of the page. Or actually just read How to include custom data in the HEAD element of a page
