Hi all,

I met "Load timeout for modules: ..." error while trying to login to CMS after deploying website to hosting (local is fine). You can see the error in below screenshot

It work normally for the first time after deployng project or changing something in App_Code but stuck at this screen for other times

This is a kentico 9 project. I'm not sure that the hosting provider meet the requirment for "Full trust permissions for the ASP.NET application" => Is it the cause? Does anyone meet this bug before? Can we fix this or I have to change hosting provider which meet all requirments?

Thank Brenden!

I contacted their support and got an answer that the hosting does not support dynamic compression for some reasons. So, just set doDynamicCompression to false and it will work.

What's most likely happening is you're running out of memory. Kentico 8 and 9 have a minimum requirement of 1GB of memory and most shared hosting providers don't offer that for $5 or $10 or even $30/month. I'm not stating this is your exact problem, but a good chance this is the issue. If you can remotely connect to SQL then run a query against the cms_eventlog table and look for the top 100 newest records. Probably give you some more info.
