FullContactManagement is not available

I got the error message below when using email unsubscription web part

"Feature 'FullContactManagement' is not available in the 'Ultimate' license edition. Please upgrade your license or disable the feature."

My license is Ultimate

Hi Keith,

I am not sure what is your current Kentico version, but there was a bug in Kentico 9 which was fixed in 9.0.2 hotfix (https://devnet.kentico.com/download/hotfixes):

Email marketing - Emails couldn't be created without an EMS license -> When using a license other than EMS, creation and editing of email campaign emails led to an 'Access denied' error.

If you use Kentico 10 version, there was similar bug fixed in 10.0.10 hotfix:

Contact management - Subscription error for contacts with a non-unique email on non-EMS instances -> When subscribing contacts (for example to a newsletter), an error occurred for contacts with a non-unique email address on instances without an EMS license.

You will need EMS license to get full contact management features. http://www.kentico.com/product/all-features#ultimate

Thanks for your reply.

I am a little bit confused that with the Ultimate license, I can see the Contact Management application and can create/delete contacts/contact groups. It is weird that Unsubscription is not working

Keith, I don't have a testing site for Ultimate, it may appear there (due to some module restriction not set correctly), but you may not be able to use it as it should in EMS. For example, all the activities tracking, or anything dynamic will likely not work with Ultimate.
