Which license are you using ? If you are using the free edition then there is a limitation.

Hello Pritam,

No there isn't any way how to create more than 1 Form in the Free edition of Kentico. As you can see also in the Feature matrix, this is the limitation of the Free edition.

I would recommend reviewing the matrix that Martin linked and ascertaining your needs then purchase the appropriate license which gives you the proper functionality.
