Hi, Now I am facing a new issue that I created a form using form builder and used in a page and working fine with all validations. After that I created a new page and that page automatically contains the previously created form that I previously created. By deleting that form from the new page it deletes from the old page also. Because of that I couldn’t get the real idea of building forms. Please help me on this.
Sounds as if you are using the same template for both pages. You might want to use a widget instead of a webpart to display your forms.
