Form creation error

Dear users. I got strange problem. When I try to create Form in Kentico 8.2 I see message with next error code:

Transaction (Process ID 73) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

About which "another process" this error message talks? I use local database and I'm single user of this database. What should I do?

Do you have custom code not using the Kentico API or any other customizations to the site? What hotfix are you on?

Hi Brenden! Thank you for the answer. I use Kentico 8.2.39. All than I do is: I select "Forms" application in Kentico CMS, press "New form" button, type name of form and press "Save" button them.

As you can see, nothing custom here.

Any luck with that? I receive the same error on 8.2.00 (Free license).
