FOrm Builder Error

Armend Sejdiu asked on April 10, 2019 23:39

When I create a new Form in the Forms application, it creates the Form but on the "Form Builder" tab shows the error: "An error has occurred. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator." There is nothing on the Event Log. I have added to the Views/web.config " ".

In the browser console, check the failed request and switch to Preview - it will show you more details on the error. Sample screen shot.

Can you check if there are any script errors in your browser?

I have same problem with "Kentico12 MVC" project. An error has occurred. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Your issue seem unrelated as it's in Form module while saving and not pages application. The Event Log should give you probably a more clear error. If it doesn't I'd suggest create a new topic to avoid confusion!

We have already use the form in the same project which is in production level, it works perfectly fine, however, we are not able to display form on Kentico CMS admin portal when we click the Form Builder section.

What is the current Kentico version, including hotfix please? Have you updated also the NuGet packages, especially Kentico packages in your MVC app and rebuilt it without errors? Are you able to reproduce the issue on the clean Kentico instance with the sample Dancing Goat MVC site you have for reference?
