Why can I not add a File Uploader control to a Custom Table? would like to be able to be able to add a file that is saved in the database and not the media library or content.
The custom tables were not intended for storing files so, there is no form control available for this out of the box. You will need to create a custom form control which will upload the binary data and save them into the table.
