File Upload Stuck at 100%

why when i try to upload a file, it will stuck at 100% ? i have wait for about 15min and it still stuck at 100%, the circle still spinning like the file not finished upload yet. Image Text

Are Is there any error in the Event log? Has the application correct right permissions?

Or you can simply disable silverlight uploader by adding the following web.config key:

<add key="CMSUseSilverlightUploader" value="false" />
