file upload not working on mac osx - safari - chrome - firefox

I have a Customer running cmsdesk on a mac book pro - os x 10.9.1 where file upload is not working at all without any message error. file box to select file is opening when choosing to add a new file but no file is uploading as there is no message error at all, what is your suggestion? we have tried on safari, chrome and Firefox version without any success the Kentico version is 6.0.57 but I have also tried on a different Kentico version (7.0.63) hosted on a completely different server => not working at all. Thanks for your help.

Hi, We are using Mac OS 10.7.5 and the uploads are working just fine across the system. Are there any errors in the Event log? Have you tried using the development tools to inspect what are the responses and so on? Would it be possible to provide us with access to the site so we can test it on our end as well? (you can send the credentials to support@kentico.com). Are there any plugins or addons installed in the browsers? Which version of Silverlight is installed in them?

Where are you using the form? Is it inside of an update panel? Multi-Step form? If it is inside of an update panel, take it out. I have ran into issues with this before.
