File types that can be imported

Can I import files? (pdf , docx , txt, etc. ) What if so, these files can be indexed ? What implications and recommendations I should take into account to make this change ?

Hello Griselda,

You can configure which types are allowed to be uploaded/imported in the Seetings -> System -> Files section.

And yes, it's also possible to configure Smart Search to index content of specific files as well: Searching attachment files
