Feature Salesforce .com Connector is not available?

I am trying to get our contacts replicated to our Salesforce instance from our Kentico 9 website and am running into a problem: After following all of the steps in the documentation, when I try to check the SalesForce scheduled task the last result shows "Feature Salesforce.com Connector is not available". Have I missed a step in there somewhere?

Any help is appreciated.

Are you working with the EMS license? Have you went into Settings>Integration>Salesforce.com and added your specific SalesForce authorization and enabled the replication of leads?

Hi Brenden,

Yes, we're working with EMS, and yes the specific Salesforce authorization has been given, added, and enabled. I've gone through the Kentico documentation on how to set this up several times now and am still not seeing a step I've missed.
