Fast way to edit a page from the page's live URL? Boomarklet? Button? Something else?

Hello,

What is the fastest way to get to a page in the admin to make edits in Kentico 13? For example, if I am browsing a live page and notice a typo, I'd love to be able to use a bookmarklet or something else that would quickly redirect me to the page in the admin panel so that I can make the necessary edit.

Currently I have to log into staging then poke around the content tree until I find the corresponding page. It feels like there might be a faster way that I am missing out on. For example, if I'm already logged into the admin, is there an edit button or banner that should be visible?

If not does anyone have any tricks for quickly going from a live URL such as example.com/article-whatever to editing that content in the admin?

Thanks much

There was the live site editing option in portal engine - when the site was also served by the Kentico app. However, in Kentico 13 the web site is served by your front end app which means that there could be a custom routing in place or, the URL in the browser may not reflect the content tree path - this means that there is no built-in feature for this in Kentico 13. And since it depends on how the front end app is designed, there is also no universal trick for this. The only recommendation is to keep the content tree well structured and organized.

Ahh that's too bad. I had a feeling that might be the case, but wasn't sure. Thanks so much for the response.
