Exclude Folder from web farms synchronization

Is there any way to exclude specific folder from synchronizing its content between web farms?

You can disable sync of all media file only - in Settings -> Versioning & Synchronization -> Web farm. At the bottom you have checkboxes to select what objects are synchronized. It is not possible to exclude one particular folder only. In this case, disable all media sync and then use a third party tool to sync the folders with the exception for that particular folder.

What folder you mean exactly? What is stored there? If you create your custom folder directly in the physical structure, Kentico will not know about it and thus it is not synchronized.
