Email Campaign Question

Hello,

In MailChimp, you can send an email to a list of people and then a week later send the same or different email to a list of people who opened or didn't open the first email you sent.

Is there a way to do this in Kentico without having to create a new Contact Group every time you want to send a email?

Thanks

I don't think the same feature is available in Kentico.

The only thing that can be done to achieve similar to the ones opened the email is to create a new contact group based on the activity of opened X email. Then set that contact group as the recipient for the next email.

Or utilize marketing automation for the follow up. The trigger would be whoever opened the email. Then you setup a step to send out followup email a week later.

It's going to be hard to get the list of people that didn't open the email, unless you do the manual remove of those who did open from the original list.

Just my 2 cents.
