Edit how the UnitsTextBox on a product is displayed

Kentico 8.2 looking for some direction on how to change the display of the UnitsTextBox on a product to have padding and changing the text to votes.

Typically you can go to the /CMSResources/CMS.resx file and search for the text which is displayed in the control. Once you find it, add that same key into the Localization app with a different value and it will then use the Localization app to choose the value first, with a fallback to the physical file.
