Hi,

Is there any thoughts on creating a product comparison feature in Kentico CMS?

(I.e., an initial webpart containing a checklist for each data-item and a compare button, and a second webpart picking up the checked items and displaying these with additional details).

for example:

regrettably there isn't such a feature in Kentico available yet but I definitely agree with you that it could be really nice feature to have!

You need to develop your own feature.

This will be not only one web part.

You need a cookie and functionality (to moderate cookie) where you will be stored product ids from comparsion. Then you need a page with repeater where will be listed all of products from the list from cookie. Then I think by javascript you can markup differencies between those products.
