Disable archive button

Hi all

I have an advanced workflow setup for our pages and would like to know if there is a way to disable archiving for certain users. I've create specific roles for content editors, but I am not sure where to set this option, if it is an option in the first place.

Any help would be appreciated

You can add another step before the Archive step. E.g. some standard step and set its Security settings to not to allow desired users/roles to manage this step.

Hi Kurt,

Please check out the following documentation page. Looks like you can achieve this by disabling Manage workflow permission under the Content module.
