Debug interface is not opening in admin

I'm getting 404 page not found when opening debug interface in admin. What could be the reason?

Edit: Yes, I'm using Debug Application within Kentico

Can you verify you've actually deployed the pages in / CMSModules / System / Debug / ...?

Can you explain a bit more? Do you mean you're debugging Kentico in Visual Studio OR using the Debug Application within Kentico?
