Database Setup error during Kentico 9 Installation on a production server

I get this error message during installation for Kentico 9: [DataClassInfoProvider.GetClassStructureInfoFromDB]: Class information for class 'URLRedirection.RedirectionTable' not found. Please I need urgent expert help on this.

The URLRedirection.RedirectionTable class is a 3rd party module by Kentico. If you're installing Kentico from the base setup then you're doing something wrong becuase this isn't included out of the box.

If you're installing by using the Kentico Admin interface, then you need to remove the module and code pertaining to that module.

Thanks @Brenden Kehren for the quick response. I started with downloading the Kentico 9 installation file from Kentico site. Started the custom installation process, uploaded the files from the CMS folder on my localhost to the production server. Each time I get to the point of Skipping the License dialog-box, I get the URLRedirection error message. I don't know the exact location to remove this 3rd party module so I can complete the installation.
