Create an incoming synchronization using integration bus,WCF and the connector will be in CMS.

In the dev guide,it is written The second approach assumes that the connector is located within the Kentico CMS instance. The communication is ensured by a service (web or WCF). The advantage is that there is no need to reference Kentico CMS DLLs. On the other hand, you have to put an extra effort into implementation of the service.

Can you provide a sample please?

Please take a look at the following video article related to Integration bus http://devnet.kentico.com/articles/integration-bus. There is a sample example using both incoming and outgoing approaches and it is implemented via web services, so I believe this is exactly what you are looking for.
