Could not load type 'CMSModules_AdminControls_COntrols_UIControls_Listing' after upgrading Kentico 7

Have you checked the event log for a more detailed error? It appears a file is missing with the basic info on your screen. Did you try to build your website after you upgraded?

@Brenden, I was able to rebuild the website after applying some fixes to API. Since I switched my system to Kentico 8, so system was asking for new license.

At the time of visiting the Administration Panel to update the license, I was getting this error as mentioned.
