Could not load

Hi, I am using Kentico8 trial version andv Visual studio 2013. I created aspx page having masterpage. then i tried to add CMS Editebale region on this child page. Now i am getting the loading problem in this design side like "could not load file or assemblly....."

Any particular reason you're using ASPX Development mode vs. the Kentico recommended Portal Development mode?
