Copy CMS folder

Hello everyone. I am new to learning Kentico. I have installed 11 version and local II Express server. I have a working version CMS folder. I want to copy it to c: \ inetpub \ wwwroot \ Kentico11 \ CMS. After copying, by the address localhost: 8080 / admin the admin panel will not be loaded. What settings do I need to fix to run?

Hi,

I suggest you start with the documentation as you might have skipped several steps. It is explained in quite detail what to do in setting it up:

Let us know if you encounter any issue following the steps.

FYI you are working on a relatively older version. Unless you need to explicitly work with V11 I suggest you start with the latest version.

What is the IIS configuration? Did you point the web site/virtual application home directory to point to the CMS folder?
