I have a requirement for an external application writing to our form library using rest, I am hosting the site on azure, I cant find any documentation on how to configure my environment.
If you are using out of the box REST API then no need to separate REST API deployment for Azure App Service. Check how to work with Kentico REST API
If you implement API externally using Kentico then I think not required any special configuration for Azure App service Deployment.
