Code Upgrade Tool 8.0 to 8.1 Failed

Hello friends,

I'm trying to run the Code Upgrade tool from 8.0 to 8.1 and I got some errors (Screenshot URL below): http://i59.tinypic.com/334p4bp.png

I have Visual Studio 2013 and .NET 4.5.1 installed I ran the console in "administrator" mode.

Note: Windows 8.1

Any ideas?

Any particular reason you are using the Code Upgrade tool for 8 -> 8.1? You should be able to use the KIM to perform the update. The Code Upgrade tool was meant for 7 -> 8/8.1, not a minor release.

Also you error looks like you have an incorrect path.

Actually could figured out the issue.

I had to install Kentico 8.1 in order to perform the code upgrade tool to detect API changes.
