CMS Icons not displaying.

After performing a stepped upgrade for a client, from 5.5 to 8, some of the icons in the CMS are failing to load when requested from the database using the GetMetaFile.aspx call. An example that is failing to load the image is shown below.

Clear the cache in the website, on the server and most importantly, your browser(s). Should resolve the issue.

Thank you for your response. The icons that I was referring to were the ones on the right side when in the design view of a page. It appears that these icons where set to load images that did not carry over in the upgrade. I changed them over to use the font icons and everything is good.
