CMS Editors lose accesst to most apps in CMS after upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0?

Has anyone else experienced issues with users in the CMS Editors role (and possibly other roles) losing access to most apps in the CMS admin area after upgrading from 8.2.x to 9.0.3?

We've experienced this on three sites so far today when upgrading.

The root issue is that the CMS_RolePermission table was blown away during the upgrade so now has zero rows.

There were no errors during the upgrade process.

Thank you for reporting this. Regrettably, there is a bug in the upgrade. We are sorry for this trouble. The new upgrade package should be available for download today.
